Following the UK’s exit from the EU we no longer charge VAT on sales to EU customers. Our carriers deal with customs clearance and a commercial invoice will be included with your order. You will receive notification from the carrier of any VAT or Duty levied by the destination country, this will need to be paid prior to delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping price and are payable by the customer. If for any reason the fees are not paid and goods returned, the customer will be liable for all shipping costs. EU businesses will need to provide an EORI number.
