Hi,

I'm in Shropshire and have a Series 1, 80 inch, 2litre, 1952 T-grill.

Owned it for 26 years but has been in the shed for a few years now so am getting it back up and running.

Welcome to the Forum, I hope you enjoy returning your land rover to an up and running version.  Feel free to ask questions don't forget the search option, If you have not yet joined the club it is very worth while.

Good luck and best wishes

Mike

I see from your initial club registration in July 1995 that this is an 261 production '52 ex-MoD.  I drive a '53 80" 2 liter ex-RAF; was yours one as well?

Also, in the September 1995 Legend you appear to have put it up for sale ... did you have a change of heart and decide to keep it when you went to school?  I ask because I sold  a '64 Series 2 109" station wagon when I went off to university, and have regretted it ever since :-(

Hi. Yeah in 1995 I went to uni. Until then it was my college commuting vehicle. Used a few times but put in the shed for a few years. Getting it back up and running. Might be open to offers. Not sure.
